Hi Drano, thank you for asking, it’s a term used quite often in the arts. As Wikipedia states: A pentimento is an alteration in a painting, evidenced by traces of previous work, showing that the artist has changed his or her mind as to the composition during the process of painting. The word is Italian for repentance, from the verb pentirsi, meaning to repent.

Formatting poetry on WordPress has been quite a challenge for me. Any tips or suggestions? The WordPress tutorials have not helped, I’m a complete novice!

Hi Vanessa, got the same problems with formatting, like the spaces between lines and the copy paste suggested with Word doesn’t work at all… all the spaces get erased and it’s all one big blob. I resolved it by putting a period in between lines and color it white (or the background color of the page) but it does shows all these dots on FB and tweets… We shall complain to wordpress!!! Best to you.
