let me wear existence
to move easily around
infinitude of problems
mind never ceasing
grudges uttered
between harsh words
I forgot I was once clad
with petals and blossoms
delicate easing out
fragrances as dreams
you don’t pay attention
nor have some sense
of smell no more sense
ordinary days of wasting
away in full daylight

I like that phrase “ordinary days wasting away in full daylight” Goes well with the picture too.

Anna, I really love your poetry, it’s kind of very spiritual to me. Where was this beautiful image taken? At first glance I thought it’s the Noguchi Gardens in Costa Mesa, but the background tells me it must be somewhere else.

Thank you Cornelia indeed! I don’t remember exactly where it was taken but very likely it may be Palm Desert, or Palm Springs, CA…
