Happy it came in to confirm you important issues, I love it when I get confirmations on the way to follow. Yesterday the same happened to me about Compassion and Self Compassion… I was watching a movie and had to pause (external causes) it at a point where the importance of compassion was explained… later I went looking on Goodreads for a Robert Frost book and was suggested a book (don’t ask me why) about self compassion? I did download it eventually and started to read it and it’s perfect for me now.
